Delivery Information

For deliveries in England we mostly deliver ourselves, your item of furniture will be delivered by a 2 man team who will take your item of furniture direct to your room of choice and will unpack your order on site for your inspection.  If you have ordered a full bed, this will be installed.  Unfortunately we cannot install fixed to the wall headboards, but your bed base will be installed.  For smaller items eg cushion or valances only, we use UkMail couriers and there is a £20.00 charge.  For more remote areas of England we may have to use a courier service for delivery. If unsure, please call us and we will be able to confirm if we hand deliver to your area.

We will call you when your order is ready, to arrange a convenient day for you to take delivery.  Our delivery time is subject to change due to busy time, but you will be informed of this when your order is placed.  There is a £50 delivery charge if your delivery is within mainland UK. For Saturday delivery there is an extra charge for the white glove service and your order will need to be placed over the telephone.

If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or any other island off mainland UK, unfortunately, we cannot offer our white glove service and your order will be delivered by our couriers.

We will be happy to let you know our current delivery time before ordering if you call our team on 07719 670832. If you need your order sooner, please let us know as we will always try to accommodate this if possible.

We always recommend that you order fabric samples prior to ordering, so you know that the colour of your furniture is perfect, but in the unlikely event you are not completely happy with your purchase, a full refund (less postage we have paid) is offered, goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery and intention to return items must be made by email 5 days after receipt. The goods must be returned intact and resaleable. The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. A refund for the amount, less the cost of carriage we have paid will be made within 30 days via credit/debit card or cheque, according to whichever method of payment was originally used.
